3. Hosting and technical delivery

Technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested resource, browser and operating system may be processed to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Browser storage

Local and session storage remember acknowledgement of the cookie information and virtual-airline notice. They are not used for advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking. See the cookie policy.

5. vAMSYS live operations

The live map retrieves read-only operational data from vAMSYS through a server-side connection. Public details may include callsign, route, aircraft, position and flight progress, but no pilot email address or account credential.

6. External services

The website links to vAMSYS, VATSIM, SimBrief, Instagram and the Virtual Airlines Alliance. Their own privacy information applies after you follow an external link.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
